I understand that submitting this form is a request to cancel my membership. Where 7 days’ notice is provided, my membership will be cancelled at the end of the notice period. If less than 7 days’ notice is provided and cancellation is requested as soon as possible, every effort will be made to process the cancellation before my next scheduled payment. Please note that membership administration and cancellation requests are processed during business hours only. If there is insufficient time to stop the upcoming payment, that payment may still be processed, is non-refundable, and my cancellation will take effect during the following billing cycle. I also acknowledge that my membership cannot be finalised for cancellation while there is an outstanding balance owing to CrossFit Remi.
